About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our websites and web applications. You should be comfortable writing clean code, solving problems, and turning designs into functional, user-friendly experiences. Who You Are: You have a strong understanding of modern web technologies, attention to detail, and you love building things that work fast and look great. You can work independently and also collaborate well with designers, content, and marketing teams. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Web Developer (1-3+ years) - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Experience with at least one framework: React, Vue, http://Next.js, or Angular (for frontend) / http://Node.js, PHP (Laravel), Python (Django) for backend - Familiarity with Git, APIs, and responsive design - Understanding of SEO basics and website performance optimization - Portfolio or GitHub link is a plus

• TASK / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for websites and web apps
• Design Implementation:Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into fully functional websites
• Maintenance: Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and update existing websites
• Performance:Optimize website for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Backend Integration:Work with databases, APIs, and server-side logic
• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, content creators, and project managers
• Security & Backup: Ensure website security, regular backups, and data protection
• Testing: Test websites before launch and keep documentation of your work
• Stay Updated: Keep up with new web development trends, tools, and best practices
