Sales Ambassador

***Working Arrangement*** 3 days per week – Field Work Visit businesses in assigned areas across Lagos to introduce and onboard employers. 2 days per week – Work From Home Follow up with businesses you've contacted, update records, contact potential employers, and complete administrative tasks Rate’O is looking for confident and motivated Sales Ambassadors to introduce our platform to businesses and help them get onboarded. This is a field-based role requiring you to visit businesses, speak with owners or decision-makers, explain how Rate’O works and encourage them to register and use the platform. You should be confident, persuasive, professional and comfortable approaching new businesses.

• Visit businesses within assigned areas
• Introduce and explain Rate’O to business owners/managers
• Demonstrate how the platform works
• Help interested businesses register and complete onboarding
• Follow up with prospective businesses
• Meet weekly/monthly onboarding targets
• Provide feedback on objections or concerns raised by businesses
• Keep accurate records of businesses contacted and successfully onboarded

• Hybrid Role*
• ₦60,000 monthly basic salary
• Commission will be paid for every successfully onboarded business
• No cap on commission earnings
