About the role
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all activities under the Naija Urban Festival brand. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate festival planning and daily operations. - Supervise teams, departments and project activities. - Manage event schedules, logistics and resources. - Coordinate sponsors, partners, vendors and stakeholders. - Monitor budgets, targets and project deliverables. - Ensure effective communication and teamwork. - Provide regular progress reports to the Creative Director. - Ensure successful execution of all festival editions. Reporting To: Creative Director, Naija Urban Festival. Our Expectation: A proactive, organised and result-driven individual with strong leadership, communication and project management skills, capable of turning plans into successful events.
