About the role
Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, fashion, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong custor customer service and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Lagos locations and delivery processes is an advantage. Ability to remain calm, polite, and focused on solutions when dealing with difficult situations Strong attention to detail, espexcially when processing customer orders and information. Good computer and digital literacy. Must be reliable, organized, patient, and proactive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills: Communication: email, whats App and social media direct messages Customer relationship management: Conflict resolution and problem solving Sales and upselling Order management Attention to detail Time management Extensive product knowledge.
