Head, Customer Experience & Client Success

We are seeking an accomplished customer and commercial leader to lead the next evolution of Customer Experience & Client Success at Bluebulb. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for some of our most important HNIs, corporate and institutional relationships. The Head, Customer Experience & Client Success will own the end-to-end customer experience for the business' high-value customer base, with particular responsibility for HNIs, large corporates, institutional clients and strategic accounts. This is a senior commercial and customer leadership role at the intersection of customer experience, relationship management, retention, payments/transaction operations, product experience and revenue protection. The role will identify why customers disengage or churn, intervene before relationships deteriorate, and build a customer experience model that makes the business difficult to leave. The Mandate Own the experience of our HNI, corporate & institutional customers Protect retention, relationship value and revenue Deepen strategic relationships and customer activity Build customer health and early-warning frameworks Lead a high-performing CX & Client Success function WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 12–15+ years across Private, Corporate or Transaction Banking, Payments or Digital Financial Services Proven leadership of significant HNI, corporate or institutional portfolios Strong commercial track record across retention, revenue, transaction activity or portfolio growth Executive-level relationship management across CEOs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, founders and HNIs Demonstrated success recovering and growing high-value customer relationships This is an opportunity to build, improve, and influence how we work, while contributing directly to a stronger and more accountable organisation.
