About the role
Rate’O is looking for confident and motivated Sales Ambassadors to introduce our platform to businesses and help them get onboarded. This is a field-based role requiring you to visit businesses, speak with owners or decision-makers, explain how Rate’O works and encourage them to register and use the platform. You should be confident, persuasive, professional and comfortable approaching new businesses.
Responsibilities
- Visit businesses within assigned areas
- Introduce and explain Rate’O to business owners/managers
- Demonstrate how the platform works
- Help interested businesses register and complete onboarding
- Follow up with prospective businesses
- Meet weekly/monthly onboarding targets
- Provide feedback on objections or concerns raised by businesses
- Keep accurate records of businesses contacted and successfully onboarded
