Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented *Data Analyst* to turn data into insights that drive business decisions. You will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to help the team understand trends, measure performance, and solve business problems.

• 1. Data Collection & Cleaning*
• Gather data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other sources
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy
• Maintain data integrity and documentation
• 2. Analysis & Insights*
• Perform exploratory data analysis to find trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs like sales, marketing, user growth, etc.
• Run A/B tests and interpret results
• Use statistics to support business decisions and forecasting
• 3. Visualization & Reporting*
• Create dashboards in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management
• Present findings with clear charts, graphs, and storytelling
• 4. Collaboration*
• Work with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops teams to answer business questions
• Translate business problems into data questions
• Recommend actions based on data insights
• 5. Tools & Technical*
• *Must have*: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL
• *Good to have*: Python or R, Power BI/Tableau, Statistics
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, BigQuery
